1. Agreement to Terms

By using this website or registering for programs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Participation requires:

• Parent/guardian registration

• Completion of required forms

• Payment of program fees

 

3. Program Conduct

Athletes are expected to:

• follow coach instructions

• treat others with respect

• maintain a positive attitude

• avoid unsafe or disruptive behavior

Cornerstone Athletics reserves the right to remove participants for misconduct.

 

4. Assumption of Risk

Participation involves risks including:

• muscle strains

• sprains

• falls

• other injuries

By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

 

5. Medical Responsibility

Parents/guardians must:

• disclose relevant medical conditions

• ensure the athlete is physically able to participate

Cornerstone Athletics is not responsible for undisclosed conditions.

 

6. Emergency Care

In the event of an emergency, we may:

• administer basic first aid

• contact emergency services

You authorize this by participating.

 

7. Payments & Fees

• All fees must be paid prior to participation unless stated otherwise

• Late or incomplete payments may result in denied participation

 

8. Scheduling & Changes

We reserve the right to:

• modify schedules

• cancel sessions

• adjust programming

due to weather, facility issues, or other circumstances.

 

9. Media Release

You grant permission for:

• photos

• videos

to be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Cornerstone Athletics LLC and its staff are not liable for injuries or damages except where required by law.

 

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cornerstone Athletics from claims arising from participation.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida.

 

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
